Dawn Hershik
Owner
Dawn founded Deco after a 29 year career at Nissan Motor Corporation, where she managed vehicle distribution and regional production forecasting for the Midwest. She holds a BBA in Management from Northwood University and leads the firm the way she ran her region: hands-on, precise, and on time.
Elliot Hershik
General Manager
Elliot brings more than three decades of accounting and operational leadership to Deco, where he has managed the firm's accountant teams since 2015. He passed the CPA exam in Illinois in 1992, holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University, and served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He has also coached youth rugby for more than 20 years, and it shows in how he builds a team.
